Deposit and Payment
- 50% of total cost is due at time of booking to confirm reservation.
- Final payment is due 45 days before arrival.
- For Peak Season, final payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be in writing.
- Cancellations received 45 days or more before arrival - full refund less a 1 night deposit and credit card charges.
- No refund for cancellations received 44 days or less prior to arrival. We strongly recommend you have cancellation insurance!
- Peak Season - no refunds for cancellations received within 60 days before arrival.
Please note that effective January 1st 2013, the Government of Belize if planning a Hotel Tax increase. We would like to notify our guests that in the event this new tax takes effect, there will be a slight increase to all our package prices. We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you.
